I want to buy 2 new SE IPhones that need to be unlocked is it best going straight to an Apple Store to buy them or go to Car Warehouse or Vodaphone shop

Just buy the 2 from the Irish Apple Store or if you feel like a trip...the Belfast Store.

If you buy in the Vodafone shop, won't they be locked to Vodafone?
