    Hi,

I am a former customer of ESB. I am in the process of selling my property and in order to get an NPPR exemption certificate I need to provide a utility bill covering the date 31st July 2009 which proves that I was residing in the property at that time.
I was a customer with ESB in 2009 but I don't have any bills covering this period.
I don't have an account number, just my MPRN no. Would it be possible to get the relevant invoice?
    Many thanks,
    Kind regards,
    Alan.
