Iconic film director John Carpenter is playing Vicar St. this October

He did the soundtracks to many of his films and has released two albums in recent years of "Lost Themes".

He seems to be playing a bunch of gigs from May onwards. I think this could be his first time touring as a musician (not sure on this).

well he be playing the songs from the movie soundtracks...€61 including the booking fee is quite a lot if he is not going to play the classics.

And I would hope there is a lot of life in the crowd before it and we all start singing

Was humming an hawing about that this was on the expensive side but has plenty of the OST and "big trouble in little china " song swung it for me
