In recent weeks I'm having a terrible time with Vodafone. In April I discovered they were overcharging me €20 a month since Sept 2013. I assume you have changed your contract from Vodafone?

these companies will continue to get away with this stuff until people vote with their feet.

As outlined above, find Vodafone formal complaint procedures. Follow these to the letter.

dont bother with your bank in claiming back from DD. You can only claim 8 weeks without reason, and up to 13 months for fraud. This issue wouldn't classify as fraud.

How were they overcharging you and what proof do you have? Meaning do you have anything in writing to prove it's owed to you?
