Caller Line Identification display not Working

    My landline was call barred because the account threshold was exceeded
    .
    I made a payment on Saturday, the call barring was lifted and the line is now working again.


    But my incoming caller id display is not working.


    I tried 1901 without success and live chat is not working either.

    I use caller display all the time, so I need it working again please.
