    Hi
    I am looking to get a letter to say when an account was settled by previous tenant, and a letter to show that there has been no usage, can you please help if i give you the account number?

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    Are you the account holder for the period of time in question? We would not be able to disclose any information if the account was in the tenant's name.

    If you were the account holder, we would need the following information via private message:
    - Your full name
    - Your account number
    - The first line of your address
    - Your contact number or date of birth
    - Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

    We can then look into your query for you.
