Primary Medical Certificate and fuel grant

Hi, Just wondering if l can apply for the petrol/diesel grant with the primary medical certificate if l don't have an adapted car? I use it for my son. Thanks.

I have not read the rules recently, but it was the case that the fuel had to be used in the specified vehicle which qualified because it was adapted for a primary medical cert holder.
