Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We are going to lay solid quarter sawn oak flooring over concrete soon. Our slab is less than 3% moisture content. The humidity in the house is reading at 45%. Our flooring is reading from 8% to 12%. Is this ready to go in any professional's opinion?

Usually between 35-55% rh for homes
Is the floor been glued down, nailed or floated
Is it a new or reclaimed floor
Is the house a new build
What's the screed make up are the walls long plastered
Is it an air tight house has the heating been on yet
    Detail detail detail more detail.

Sounds ok to me if it's under floor heating turn it of 2 days before hand and gradually build it back up over a week or two

Which ever the manufacturing instructions recommend don't just take some internet experts sitting in his string vest, underpants and socks opinion as gospel 😉
