No contactless on my debit card

    Why have I never been given the contactless option on my debit card? Everyone I know has it already.

    You can certainly request the contactless option with your Visa Debit card. To request this for your account please call Bank of Ireland Direct on 0818 365 365 / +3531 4044000 and a representative will be happy to help you. Our representatives are available on this number from 8am to midnight Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on weekends.
