What is this shrub

Hopefully you can see the pic... It was in the garden when we bought the house and I don't know what this is or how to maintain it. There's hebe leaves also in the pic which can be ignored - it's the yoke with the pink flowers and the hydrangea type leaves. The shrub is about 15 foot tall and 10 foot wide at this stage.
