Question about purchased ring of kerry ticket

I bought a ring of kerry ticket off someone and they forwarded the ticket on to me and I paid for it. The ticket is still in their name. Does anyone know if the name on the ticket needs to be transferred to my name?

Im fairly sure no one cares, I sold 2 entries last year and the 2 lads who bought them used them no problem even though one was in my wifes name.
