Setting up a business account. What's required?

    Hi everyone,
    Have to set up a business account tomorrow. Since I already have a personal account with permanent tsb might as well stick with them.

    But what will I require in order to set one up?
    Silly question to ask just rather have everything with me rather than being an ejjit and forgetting something.

    Also, any fees that have to be paid up front or anything like that? Any replies appreciated.
