Red Robin Hedge, should I be pruning?

Hi Folks, See my hedge i sewed last year, just wondering should i be pruning this on a regular basis? I haven't clipped it at all since it went in last year and it's growing but want to bering it on as best i can. If so how should i prune it? See pics

I'm no expert but I think if you give it a light clip now it will encourage more bushy thicker growth.

Yes . need to be cut 3 to 4 times a year if aim for bush. Give it a small hair cut.
