thinking of starting a b&b/self catering business

We have bought a property recently with some land and are thinking over time of making it work for us. Has anyone any advice for anyone thinking of opening a b and b?? Esp any courses we should, the legalities etc

You would need a very special place/offer/skills to make any money out of a B&B.
