Had this installed earlier in the week - no ability to pause or record. The box is much smaller. How come I didn't just get the same box as the main one?

Hi irishguy1983,

I'm sorry to hear this. The additional boxes would be slightly different to the main box I'm afraid. The support team on 1890 260 260 (telephone number and option 0) They'll assist you with this issue there.
