Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    True.

But with Bale on the pitch anything can happen. They'll have a solid defence and bit of creativity in midfield with Ramsay too.

Ramos the fault for the georgia goal tonight, the man is headless and just goes to show how poor the standards of centre backs are if he is considered one of the best.

Georgia win 1-0, Spain have concerns about their ability to finish even after putting six by South Korea the other day.

Morata is a very important player for them. He didn't play tonight.

Do you know how they will replace Morata up front if we accept his hamstring will keep him out ?

A direct replacement or will Fabregas play as false 9 ?

It's very hard to know what they will do. Nolito is a nice foil to have if you play a false 9. They could decide to play Aduriz but he didn't look great last night. The problem last night was finishing. They had the ball in the final third enough to win this game by a wide margin but they weren't able to take their chances.

As regards Morate and his hammy. He was on the bench last night so it can't have been that bad. I'd be expecting him to be fit by next week.

So the day is finally here, not exactly a glamour tie but I am quite excited to see france.

    lloris
    sagna--koscielny--rami--evra
    ---pogba--kante--matuidi
    Coman--giroud--griezemann

Would that be how they will line up? I suppose martial and payet can all feel they deserve a start but I think giroud and griezemann have to be sure starters.

Martial better start, have him each way for top goalscorer :P
In all honesty Griezmann is a cert for sure but I haven't watched enough of France recently to know if this is how they have been lining up. With Giroud up front as a target man?

He has essentially replaced Benzema. Not doing badly either - 7 in their last 6 internationals

I think that's it apart from Payet in for Coman according to French media.

He hasn't been sent home, but he is implicated in a trial against some porn boss in Spain, where a girl testified De Gea brought her in contact with Muniain (and reportedly Isco) for sex.

    Great timing.

As if the police don't have enough to worry about at the moment, they have to deal with these knuckle draggers. Before now, I thought the ban on alcohol for England v Wales was a bit OTT, but its absolutely right.
