cycle route in east cork

    staying in midelton park hotel tomorrow- and looking for some cycle routes from there -40- 50k with some drags or climbing - any advise appreciated thank you

    Head south, to Garryvoe and Ballycotton. Drags and fresh sea air.

    Head to Cobh. Plenty of options for hills. Go back road from Midleton to carrigtwohill to avoid dual carriageway. Take 1st left after fota. Take next left and loop around island. Not too sure of distance though
