Landlord surrendered house to bank, we don't want to move, what can we do?

    My land lord has voluntary surrendered his house. We can not find anything local. The bank wants us out. We do not want to move to far because of the children's schools. What can we do?

    Find something further way. I know you don't want to - but it doesn't sound like you have a choice.

    There are schools all over the country - and many in smaller places are desperate for new pupils.

    Are you working, or looking for somewhere that will take HAP?

    Are you in a fixed term lease, how long are you there did you receive the required notice?
