    Hi there, 

    I opened up a new account at the start of this month. it has taken two weeks to get confirmation and a further 2 weeks to get my debit card sent out. To this day i cannot put funds in the account as i have not received an account number or any information. can somebody please tell me what the hell is going on ?.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards. Firstly I apologise that this has taken so long to be resolved, this is certainly not the level of customer service we would want anyone to experience. 

    Our team will be able to give you this account number over the phone on 1890354454 and they are open 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday & 10:00 - 14:00 Saturday, if you are registered for online banking you can get this account number by logging on and viewing your BIC & IBAN. Your account number is the last 8 digits of the IBAN number.
