I am looking at a new house which has allocated parking about 40m from the front door all in a single line.
Is there any legislation etc on the building regs etc on the provisions of facilities for electric cars?

I have asked the builder for a quote but am waiting to hear back. I would like to have a supporting reference if possible.
    Thanks

I think only dunlaoghaire has amended its planning guidelines to force the accommodation of EV charging and this would only apply to new builds from now.

Other then that there is no legislation to aid you, to my knowledge
