Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My heart jumped with the sudden speed increase and depth. For a split second I thought you were getting crushed.

    Nice work btw

Yup, that was a very quick drop into a very deep squat.

Yeah, I switched to highbar this year and decided to focus on depth. Around the same time I started some flexibility training too. The result was deeper squats. My squats were borderline before.

I might be losing some weight. But I'm not powerlifting. Strength in end range is probably more beneficial for me for JiuJitsu.

Great work, have no idea how people decend at that pace (or to that depth), i completely lose my positioning if i try drop that quick, even on my lightest warm up sets.

Lots on time resting and stretching in the bottom position and 700 reps worth of practise over 6 weeks :D
