looking for quiet cooler forfx 6300 under €20

This is the best reason for upgrading I have eve seen:D;)
Sub €20 are not the quietest, but they are definitely quieter than the stock cooler. Any of the Arctic Cooler, EKL or Alpenföhn line-ups are decent. Does that €20 include postage?
