Still being charged for "Trial Period" add ons despite numerous requests to have them

    We are still being charged €49 a month for sky sports and tv add on's that we never signed up to or committed to taking after the trial period. Despite correspondence through this website, phone calls and letters to eir requesting removal of these items they still appear on our bill. Its now gotten to the point where we haven't paid our bill and now have our phone & broadband disconnected.  previously we were told we had to pay the full bill and have credit added back to our account. The last time this happened was December so by reckoning Eir actually owe us money for the last 5 months.
