Seriously, there has to be at least a few other seasoned Vapers out there who have weened themselves off the Nic, but still need something in their hand, the warmth of some vapor kicking the back of their throat and a thick cloud of strawberry vanilla wafting above their head.

So how will the EU rules regarding tanks, juices etc fit into the lives of persons who no longer need the weed and just straight up vape ? I mean the whole shebang is based around nicotine and tobacco, so what happens when you take that out of the equation altogether.

You can still buy bongs, skins etc in head shops but seriously banning a vape tank that holds more than 2ml, taxing flavors horrendously etc... ?

    thoughts ?

Its varies from state to state. Some have included 0 nic juice some have exempted it. All have an over 18 rule for vaping , 0 nic or not.
Tanks and coils are covered as the regulation states " which can be used" . Theirs no taxes yet but when, not if, they do come it'll probably vary too. Some will tax according to nic content, some by volume.
The EU are already discussing tax and duty on vapor products so once the brexit thing is over expect that to get moved on. Governments don't let go of revenue streams.

They'll find some way to punish non nic user, don't worry.

They're already claiming mods, tanks and batteries are "tobacco" products, which is the biggest joke. So don't be surprised if 0 nic juices get hit the same. So long as the intended use is on a tobacco device .... i.e, and vape mod ... ridiculous it certainly is, but it's how it will go
