Noise cancelling headphones/earphones

I'm looking for a pair of noise cancelling headphones or earphones for a long haul flight coming up soon.

Just something that will cancell out the noise.

I'm more of an in ear type of earphone person but i've got a piercing in my ear which i can get earphones in, but sometimes it can fall out or i can't shove something all the way in or over time, an ear piece can get sore. It's the piercing and where i got it done that's the problem but I'm not taking it out. So maybe headphones. It's only for flying anyway, so I'm looking for something cheap or not too expensive. Budget maybe around 30 euro.

shure 215 and up (most likely the whole range of in ear ) are incredible and if you use the correct size earbuds, then you won't know there's an outside world.
