Write-off: suggestions please

I bought a second hand giant avail only a month ago. Lovely bike I bought off a fella on here. I crashed it into a wall over the weekend. The frame is completely bent and is a write-off. As far as I can tell everything else is salvageable. Any suggestions for a new bike? Or where I could get a frame to put the old gear on?

That's definitely one to look at. Does anyone know anywhere I could get an avail frame or is that impossible? I couldn't find anywhere online

The bike was only worth 500 in the first place. So at 300 for a frame id probably have to think about replacing the whole thing unfortunately.
