    Hi,

    Is there any update on when you are going to get the problem with 365 texts to Virgin Mobile fixed?

    Tow.

    When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?

    Hi Tow,

    Thanks for getting in touch. 

    We've contacted our Support Team, they're not aware of any widespread problem with customers not receiving 365 SMS to Virgin Mobile Provider. 

    Have you experienced difficulties with the above Tow relating to Virgin Mobile?

    Yes. As also reported by others, text message to add payees etc do not arrive.

    Can you send us a private message to look into this for you? We would need some information from you to pass onto our Support Team. 

    Could you include your full name and branch you hold your accounts with or branch sort code and the mobile number you have activated online for this SMS service please? Also, a contact number if we need to contact you and the last time and date if possible you requested a code.

    Hi Alison,

    It has been reported to you by others before.  I really do not see the point in sending excess information via an unsecured medium.  The mobile number has been registered with BOI for years, it worked until the carrier was changed to Virgin Media, now it does not.  Last tested today.  Other automated SMS services work as before.

    We have had one other customer here report this to us. 

    The reason for the information is for our Support Team to check the status delivery on the SMS. We will not require any account details by PM.

    Just want to add that I'm having the same problems receiving texts from 365online - was working with previous provider.

    Will this be fixed?

    Thank you for contacting us on Boards.
     
    If you have not received your activation code and wish to have the 7 digit activation code reissued please enter any incorrect 7 digit activation code  e.g. 1234567 three times and this will generate a new code for you.
     
    If after this process you still don’t receive the code please send us an “Ask a Question” through the Online Service Desk on Banking 365 and one of my colleagues with account access can investigate this further for you with our Support Team.
     
    If there is anything else we can help you with please don’t hesitate in contacting us again.
