The 8th annual Liberties Fun Run in aid of St James's Hospital will take place on Thursday, 21st July at 7:45pm.

The 6km race starts and finishes at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham and takes in a circuit of the Liberties that includes the Guinness Storehouse, the Coombe, St Patrick's Cathedral, Christ Church, St James's Gate and St James's Hospital.

The hospital's Department of Physiotherapy staff will conduct the pre-race warm-up and provide post-race massages for all participants. All participants will also receive souvenir running top and accurate finishing times.

Early Bird registration costs €27 rising to €30 on July 1st with all proceeds from the event going to the GUIDe Clinic in St James's Hospital.

Last year's race attracted over 900 participants with Royal Hospital Kilmainham providing the brilliant location for the start and finish of this run.

Registration can be found at supportstjames.ie and I am happy to answer any questions you might have about the event.

    Many thanks,

    Jamie

Cool, thanks. As a native of the Liberties, I've done it for the last 4 years and will be there again!
