Possibly but you would have to root your phone and Three wouldn't stand over it...
Or Else Three could change thir system to allow all phones with Three sim to access 4G equally...

Whatever the outcome new customers should be made aware of the poor service

Rooting shouldn't be needed. I've flashed several phones with unbranded UK/German firmware to remove bloat and never needed to pre-root. Knox counter remains intact as well.

You may need to unlock it first but that'd be necessary either way if you were moving networks, and 3 wouldn't be supporting another networks phone anyway.

I've an OPPO device and mostly get 4G, bought direct from distributor.

The topology thats causing this confusion on the handsets side (*** its not 3 doing something, its your handset NOT doing something ***) is currently being migrated out.
