AMD Graphics Update Alert - Windows 10

A few minutes after I boot up my laptop, an AMD update alert pops in from the lower right hand side of the screen.

I double click on it and run the updater (using Express not Custom mode) and then reboot.

A few minutes later, it appears again.

This time, when I choose Custom mode, I see that there is no updater available.

    But, it still appears.

I've run Belarc on my system, and this is what it has found.

AMD Radeon HD 7970M [Display adapter]
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 [Display adapter]
    LCD 1920x1080 [Monitor] (15.3"vis, January 2009)

Why are there two display adapters?

How can I sort this AMD update alert problem?

    Many thanks.

    D.
