Increase in add on price

    Hello Eir reps.

    On my last Eir bill I noted that the add on price for extra channels had gone up from €8 to €10. I am still in my promo period of discount, so the discount was still listed as €8. I rang your customer service team where by a rep said they would credit my account with the €2 over the 3 months remaining of the promo period, but as I had not been informed of the price increase, I was now entitled to break my contract. Can you confirm this is the case if I PM my details?
