Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    His insurance will cover third parties even though he was driving unaccompanied.

    That depends on terms of company.

    "Any driver not meeting the criteria of their licence at the time of an incident will not be covered for any liability by insurer," thus could be 'your on your own' to pay bill

    The third party is covered. The Learner may have to cover their own expenses.

    Yep. I do recall a case where that happened but IIRC there were exceptional circumstances that lead to it
