    Is it possible to make over payments to a fixed rate BOI mortgage?

    There are a couple of ways that you can make overpayments to your mortgage - a regular overpayment and a lump sum payment.

    The maximum monthly regular overpayment for fixed rate mortgages is 10% of the monthly mortgage payment or €65 (whichever is greater).
