    Hi,

Can you tell what services are available in the branch in Dublin Airport? Is there a counter service available for cash/cheque lodgements? Also, is it located in Terminal 1 or 2

    Thanks in advance

    Hi GavMan,

Thanks for contacting us here on Boards today.

The Dublin Airport Bank of Ireland branch is located in the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 1. There are services here for you to make cash or cheque lodgments to your account.

Have a look at this link here and it will provide you with more information on this branch, opening times etc.

If you’re travelling you may wish to provide travel notice, you can do this when logged into Banking365 by selecting the Online Service Desk.

Hope this helps and please don’t hesitate in contacting us again if there is anything else we can help you with. We’re available on Twitter @talktoboi 24/7 if you’d like to send us a tweet.

    Have a good day.

    Helen

    What does this mean ?

Why would someone  'wish to provide travel notice' ?

    Hi Olddog,

Before your departure we recommend contacting us to notify us of your travel plans as this will ensure your card functions normally while abroad.

365 Online users can do this by sending a query through the ‘Ask a Question’ option on the 365 Online Service Desk(or using the credit card travel notice option for credit card accounts).

You can also call 0818 365 365 (+3531 4044000 from abroad) and an adviser will arrange this for you.

I hope this helps, please let me know if you need anything else.
    Thanks
    Nicola
