Is there any place that sells horse meat in Cork City? I have tried it a couple of times and found it to be delicious.

Its close enough that tescos(and others) were able to fool the whole country for years without getting caught.
The steaks are meant to be ok, a little gluey tho!

Yes, similar to beef, same texture and appearance. It tastes better though and is supposed to be very good for you. I recommend trying it.

I found it amusing and raised my eyebrows first when I heard about people eating horse meat but then I tried it. Delicious. :D

I'd say its special order. Theres a chicken shop next to the chocolate stand near the fountain in the market that does a lot of "exotic" meats (kangaroo, crocodile etc.).
