Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Not a great result for Ireland. Unless England f*ck up their two games .

    Edit: Look at the Slovakians celebrating, you'd swear they were after winning the euro cup. Such a small mentality. They wont go far. :P:P:P

    It's their first win in the Euro Championship Finals so I guess they are entitled to celebrate. Not to mention getting one over the Russians as well (it would be like us beating England!).

    Looks like that will be a group that has 3 teams coming through it as you'd have to expect England to win one of their last two games. Hopefully for our sake France beat Albania and Switzerland beat Romania later on today.

    Well England couldn't beat Russia, but Slovakia just did. Slovakia lost against Wales, so logic dicates that Wales will win tomorrow and England will then lose against Slovakia. They could be out.

    (I know football isn't always logical)

    He has no insight whatsoever. He was asked twice why Russia performed so poorly and he twice said 'I don't know' and later 'they have no quality'. The man on the street could have said that.

    There were no comments on tactics or strategy. No insights on the players, their situation, their style. It was all the obvious, delivered in a gruff way as if he could barely be arsed at all.
