Will YouTube vids suffice for Microsoft exam

Particularly the Microsoft windows 7 configuration exam.. The website offer practice tests for €60 However I found on YouTube a guy called professor messer covers the configuration 70-680 curriculum through his videos. Im wondering would it be better help to but the practice tests if anyone knows

I doubt it. Videos compliment books and labs. You might scrape the cert but without labs and books you won't aquire the skills which is the whole point.
