Thankfully injuries not reported to be serious. Apparently it was a hoarding that came down rather than the initial reports of roof \ arch collapse:

They had it all boarded up the other day. Hopefully it won't stay like that for long or the businesses in the lane will suffer from no footfall coming through.

It's open again now with the roof supported. Good to see it open quickly for the sake of access and footfall but I hope it's properly sorted soon and not left like this for too long.

Far too much of this city is held together with hopes and dreams. It really is time to look at all of these listed buildings and structures and see which should actually just be brought down. Most at this stage are just dilapidated and being kept because a 1916 leader may have taken a poo there once

No! Every single Georgian building must be retained. Dublin never existed before or after the Georgian period. There is also to be no brick colour other than red. Yellow if we're being fancy.

And even though every other city in the world builds up, Dublin has got it right by building squat low density buildings citywide.
