Does your course syllabus suggest that a persons financial history, salary, taxes, benefits are important factors in business intelligence?

Probably the best way is to get a pair of yellow gloves and go through their rubbish but if they have a shredder you might need some sellotape.

What you are asking for is not a business intelligence data source.

You say you're doing a degree, yet you're asking here how to find out an individual's personal financial history and otherwise how to find out who the owners of a property and a business are.

    Something doesn't add up here.

Your question and the actual information you are looking for are two totally different things. This also is not a place to come find the answers to your college assignments as per item 10 of the charter. Kindly refrain from posting other threads with the same purpose. Thread closed.
