Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. ****e goal, should have been saved. England look average despite having some good players. Wales not offering much.

Lallana looks alright. Says everything. Sturridge must come on. Take off the rooney midfield experiment

Goal looks worse everytime its replayed. Truely dreadful goalkeeping.......Mignolet-level.

    Hodgson is such a spoofer.

Not an ounce of structure or plan about the way England play. It's an exercise in making it up as you go along.

    Inept coaching.

also, Joe Hart has been mediocre for a long time now, and absolutely appalling in this tournament.

    another spoofer.

they have better players than Wales and Russia.

they should get into the quarter finals without sweating. this idea that the players are terrible just isn't true.

Hodgson is one of the worst managers in international football.

I saw this kind of aimless, clueless set-up during his time as Liverpool manager and the 11 players look like they've been sent out there with no instruction at all. They keep lifting the ball in towards Sterling and Kane in the Wales box and their defence are eating it up.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,832 ✭✭✭✭Blatter

If Wales can get their transitions right in the second half they'll have a great chance of grabbing a second with Bale being released on the counter.

No excuse for calamity Joe. He should not have been beaten by that free kick. Credit to Bale for putting it on target but if there was to be a goal there it should have been coming from a player coming onto the saved ball.

It's not over but I'm not convinced that Hodgson will make the right decisions to get back into this. Harry Kane has to be taken off right now, he is ineffective and not helping the England cause, Raheem Sterling has done nothing either. They have the players on the bench to change things, I think they should take off those two and bring on Sturridge and Vardy.

He should have been fired at the conclusion of the last World Cup. Clearly well liked by the blazers in the FA

The best player on the park is Welsh

The only world class player out there is Welsh

There are decent players in that England team. That bumbling fool Woy has just managed to make them all look terrible.

I expect that nasty little troll Jack Wilshere to make an appearance and possibly get himself sent off.

The old saying that anyone could manage that team because they have so many good players well Hodgson & Wilmots are both proving that is a pile of sh1t of a an old wifes tale.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,363 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

Sturridge would at last suit how aimless the plan is. he may just take the ball and do something extraordinary.

he's more likely than anyone else in this system.

How are they better than Wales?

He was responsible for the World Cup disaster and his Euro qualification group was ridiculously easy.

Both Schmeichel and Oliver Kahn reckon Hart's biggest mistake was putting a wall up.

Sturridge and Vardy on, finally a bit of courage from Roy.

Vardy and Sturridge have to come on for England or Roy is to blame totally.

I'm criticising the man myself but this is way ott. He has an excellent record as an international football manager and Liverpool or anything he did there has nothing to do with that because Premier league is nothing like international football.

    100% the correct decision.

    Sturridge coming on with Vardy.

The worst thing about that calamity is that that is Englands big competition goalkeeping howler done and dusted.

The right subs on this occasion. I'd be surprised if either Kane or Sterling start the next game. They certainly don't deserve to anyway...
