Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How different could Moyes' tenure have been if he had managed to sign Bale.

We could have crossed even more balls in from the wing.

I dunno. Sunderland are very bad.

    Not very, is my guess.

Dirty Dingus McGee thinks you're exaggerating a slight bit.

Yes of course I'm exaggerating. It could be worse though, I could be claiming a club that have appeared in the CL twice, and done eff all, are "just a notch below" the sides who have dominated it for 20 years
Ya you would never hear Hitler talking in 3rd person

If you have to reference the crimes of hitler to disprove my point about a personality trait, it kind of says it all about that personality trait

Looking forward to this, monaco have a habit of shocking at this stage of the comp, chelsea and madrid scalps spring to mind.

All depends on how big you consider a notch to be.;)

    You are easily offended!

Also give us some examples of this Ronaldo's referencing to himself in the 3rd person that has so enraged you!!

    Juve have started well

By your logic a notch would appear to be about 30 league titles, 6 European Cups and 20 odd CL campaigns coupled with global recognition and both European and domestic dominance.

    Higuain been on the pints.

Ah come on, I'm certainly not offended by it. It was a light hearted poke at an annoying trait. As for examples, I'm not going looking but there's been numerous quotes of him referring to "Cristiano"

And again! He takes up some brilliant positions though, it has to be said. He'll only score more of those as he develops.

Very hard to mark him I'd say

Wonderful from Dani Alves, he's such a good player when he doesn't have to worry about defending.

It's a strange one as he jumped the boarding but fans are the other end of the track. He didn't necessarily jump into the crowd. Not sure if booked for it tho.

Harsh he's a damn good defender imo

Have to feel for Barca fans the club let him leave on a free!

    FlashScore showing no booking

Monaco had possession too, flying down the pitch
Glicks' amateur dramatics stopped the flow of their game, gave Juve that goal on a plate.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,292 ✭✭✭GreNoLi

    Juve comfortable.

Fancy Juve to get a 2nd and kill tie.

Doing really well considering they have a fat striker.

edit: and fatso makes it 2 nil.

Monaco getting bullied here, easily pushed aside through the first hour.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,567 ✭✭✭Irish_rat

Juve with 3 excellent signings have more of an edge in Europe this year

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,358 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

The 'fat' striker just got a second.

    Lethal.

    Juvé v Real is mouthwatering.
