Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    That was amazing. Amazing.

PSG will shutter to think they threw that away.

Manager may as well not bother going to work in the morning. He's a goner.

God help the poor man who left the stadium in the 85th minute.

This is why you always play to the end and stay to the end .

Di Maria missing that chance turns out to be absolutely massive

    Wenger for PSG?

    Would only have lost 5-1!

The trolls need to go back under their bridges.
Seriously, give some credit to Barcelona, that was an unreal performance.

Cavani should have had it dead and buried with his chance to make it 3-2.

So we now know where Arsenal went wrong - they didn't announce the departure of their manager.

Incredible result. Annoying to have basically the same teams getting through year after year after year. Hard not to find it boring at this stage. Credit to Barca of course, they had to go out there and do it, but it really would have been nice to see some fresh blood in the mix.

Absolutely cataclysmic stuff from PSG. For a 6-5 aggregate scoreline, you'd expect two evenly matched games, where instead both were totally one sided affairs.

Greatest comeback in the history of the sport.

PSG should be ashamed of themselves though. Embarassing to collapse like that.

What a comeback. A lot of clueless experts writing this Barca team off too early.

Still cant believe that they managed to pull that off

Emery should be sacked after that.

This is much worse than losing 10-2 over 2 legs. They had one job and to see it with a 3 goal lead with 10mins to go.

    PSG are a disgrace.

It's no surprise there's so much diving and cheating in Soccer when it's rewarded by incompetant officials like those tonight.

You get the feeling that this will be a cracker of a game.

Pretty happy with this prediction at 1-0!

    Really unbelievable stuff.
Thought the ref did brilliantly too in a very difficult game, apart from the last penalty.

    Cavani
Di Maria , both had their chances. They never took them and this is what happens.

Barca deserved to go through, especially how ridiculous and unproffesional and cowardly PSG were but the fact it was decided by that "penalty" blights it somewhat.

But, nevertheless, that was phenonemal. Best team with best attitude deserves to go through.

I must check back to the posts around the time of 3-1 and see where you said they were still in the game.

come on, at 4-0 down and then 3-1 tonight, if it had been Munich, Real, Atleti or Juve, this tie would have been over.

    PSG bottled it as well.

Barca were backed from 10/1 to 7/1 today to qualify. There was huge money put on them to go through.

Was it really such a great night. Trapp was poor for 3 goals and 2 were penalties that shouldn't have been given.

See, I just can't go along with that line. A comeback from being down in a single game will always beat out something like this one for me. PSG were just never there today, so its hard to consider a 6-1 thrashing as a comeback.

Whereas it all happening in one game means you fell behind, and had to conquer those emotions right then and there, no prep, no plan, you just had to dig within yourself, climb out of the pit of despair, and fight back.

Great comeback of course, but emotionally not a patch on 2005 or 99 or many others imo.

When there's games played like that I couldn't give a rats what teams they are. Once the games aren't stale let the same ones in. Probably the best CL game I've ever watched.

As much as I dislike Neymar's diving that ball in for the winning goal was amazing, such composure with the game in the balance

Hi Captain Hindsight...consider the amount of times a 4-0 deficit had been turned around in the past..especially in modern times I'd say those pundits were spot on.

Anyone thinking Barcelona would go through tonight were die hard fans and romantics.
