So, new idea. With the FCP now running, minutes of the proceedings are being generated by the DoJ (as they run the meetings). While some NGBs have issued reports on those meetings, as an earlier thread pointed out, each NGB has its own lens because their individual focuses are on different sports and therefore different aspects of the law. This isn't necessarily bad or wrong, but it does mean you could get conflicting impressions of the same meeting. None of the NGBs seem to be actively pushing the minutes of the meetings out in unedited form yet, and the DoJ (arguably rightly) don't feel it's their place to be doing so.

But the FOI act allows anyone to ask for these records, so we thought we'd ask independently of any NGB and then post them up here in unedited form (the rather long hoo-ha over the new government kinda slowed everything down there for a while but things seem to be moving again now).

We'll keep this thread locked so it's just a data source and if people want to discuss things in the minutes, they can start dedicated threads as required.

To begin with, the original Invitation and the original Terms of Reference (I would strongly recommend reading the latter so that you know what it is the FCP is supposed to be doing; but don't forget that these terms are not set in stone and can be widened in scope at a later date):
