Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

"That's good from Seamus Coleman." He had hold of his arm for about 25 metres?

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Essentially a two on one, which didnt even result in a shot on goal. I'm not sure we'll get a much better chance with the way that the game is going. (aside from a set piece maybe)

We're playing the ref as well the Belgians.

He kinda had hold of it, didn't pull or push it though, just pressure, should have been free for Coleman for the clear drag down

Watching on the RTE player, have it on the lowest quality and it's still lagging. Fecking miserable countryside internet.

Hoolahan as slow as a tanker there.

Long's doing his best. Needs better support from Hoolahan.

Kickouts are killing us. Giving the ball back to them everytime. No excuse for a kicking the ball out.

He borrowed some of O'Neill's KY before the match.

DeBruyne seems to have acres of space.

Passing is terrible today. Were not doing too bad though overall. Just wish we'd show a bit more courage and ambition because this crowd don't strike me as a team unit

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,477 ✭✭✭✭Knex*

KDB is dominating this game. Looks capable of producing a goal nearly every time he's on the ball.

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 3,257 ✭✭✭Peist2007

The early Belgian onslaught looks to be slowing. Thank fk. We get to 60 or 70 mins at 0-0 and this Belgian team's belief will waver. They havent a pair of balls between the lot of them.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 25,839 ✭✭✭✭Strumms

I'd say we have played the most lousy football of any side so far in this tournament in these 30 minutes. Apart from a couple of good blocks we are awful. Bad touches, panicking and hoofing it, no pressure and still hoofing it and when we get into a good position more bad touches and not protecting the ball....

Whelan and McCarthy not bothering with KDB it seems.

he is definitely not the worst of them out there. Hendrick far too uncomposed and Hoolahan is stranded. At least mccarthy is hoofing balls and is trying to put some pressure on them

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,706 ✭✭✭clsmooth

Hendrick has been very good so far

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,673 ✭✭✭AllGunsBlazing

Hendrick looking for that from the minute he got the ball! :D
