Hi, boyfriend has a house in Ennis. We're living in it at the moment but for various reasons, he wants to sell it. We have the opportunity to move into a relatives house to 'house sit' it for 2 years while they go abroad so it makes sense to do this. Hi, boyfriend has a house in Ennis. We're living in it at the moment but for various reasons, he wants to sell it. We have the opportunity to move into a relatives house to 'house sit' it for 2 years while they go abroad so it makes sense to do this. We don't want to rent out his house and would rather get rid of it. If we put it on the market in August is that a bad time to sell? He wants to do a bit of work to it before he puts it on the market and the work will be finished in August. Would it be better to hang on until spring time? Thanks
