Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hot off the back off yesterday's Boyneside Open in Drogheda, the Irish Powerlifting Fed have released details of their next available comp.

It's on in RevFit (proud pops) on Saturday & Sunday, October 8th and 9th.

Saturday will be the Irish PFs first national bench press championship and Sunday will be our first deadlift championship.

You can sign up for the bench comp here: http://irishpowerliftingfederation.com/product/irishpf-bench-press-championship-2016/

    And deadlift comp here: http://irishpowerliftingfederation.com/product/deadlift/

No experience necessary or special gear, but you do need to wear a singlet on the day (plus knee high socks if deadlifting).

Thought y'all might like to know :)
