As per the thread title - have or would you employ the services of a solicitor that the estate agents have left a sheet out in a launch for a new development which details their fees etc? Or would you avoid?
Have you before used the solicitor and what was your experience?

I've seen it done before. If a solicitor does a whole load of units of the same development, then they are doing the same thing over and over again. It makes it easier for them, and they can therefore charge a lower than usual fee, since after the first one, there is less chance of an issue.

Totally up to you though, you have no obligation at all to go with any particular solicitor.
