I'm not a fan of the way the offside rule is. There was a Welsh player offside but not interfering with play. The Russians were playing the offside trap and they did it right only for Ramsey to come from a deeper position.

Me either. Hate all this phase of play lark.....if you're off you're off, but I could understand the question being asked with regard to the goal within the confines of the current rules. Not only did he move towards the ball, but also moved his foot.
