Convert a cell ID to a location or siteviewer id

My phone can tell me the Cell ID and Location Area Code for the cell I'm connected to. But Comreg siteviewer doesn't accept either of these for search. It only gives the grid code and an internal site ID. Is there any way to figure out exactly where the location of the cell is that I'm connected to with siteviewer?

Only when the operators publish a database, AFAIK none of the Irish ops do.
