    Hi All I've just got involved with a company and i have offered all my services for free on an ongoing basis in return for a share of the company. Im new to this as i usually just send an invoice for my work so legally I'm not sure where i stand or who i should talk to. Im considering asking for a 1%?
    Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks
